What Should You Look Out For in Fish Oil?
What's in a Capsule?
For those with dietary restrictions, it's important to note what the capsule's softgel is made from.
Find out the quantity of important components such as the EPA and DHA Omega-3s, and whether it's in the Ethyl Ester (EE) or Re-esterified Triglyceride (rTG) form, which determines how well it is absorbed by the body.
Why Choose WHC?
Our fish oil supplements are created with one clear goal: to provide you with the highest possible quality, purest and safest Omega-3 fish oil formulas.
Comparing with Other Fish Oils
WHC fish oil supplements contain one of the highest concentrations of pure EPA and DHA (the beneficial Omega-3) you can find, in the rTG form with no impurities and no heavy metal content. The softgel made from fish gelatin also makes it more accessible to those with dietary restrictions.
What is rTG?
Re-esterified Triglyceride (rTG) is fish oil converted back to its natural triglyceride form through the process of re-esterification. As it is the same structure that fat naturally occurs in, it is more readily absorbed and utilized by the body.
This results in 50% more EPA and DHA in the blood after absorption, compared to the less stable Ethyl Ester (EE) form, which oxidises and decays more rapidly.
